Changeover Switching
The summer season brings high risk of storms and associated power outages that can be destructive to business or house equipment.

Whilst a stand-by generator is the best way to offset the issue, it must be safely connected and operated by a changeover switch, to ensure circuit isolation and prevent back-feed when power is back.

Our modular manual changeover switches are DIN mounted and come with a three stable position switch (I-O-II) to allow you to insulate and safely control two power supply sources.

They are available in both 2 and 4 pole versions, for single (25A, 40A or 63A) and three phase (40A and 63A) applications which cover multiple uses such as the switching of generators, hot water heaters, or machines.
Meet the requirement of
AS/NZS 3010

When installing a stand-by generator as an alternative supply in Australia and New Zealand, it is mandatory to comply with the wiring rules and the standard AS/NZS 3010 – Generating sets.
