2021 Work Hard Play Hard Prizes

Terms and Conditions

  • Promotion commences at 7am (AEDST) on 1st February 2021 and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30th April 2021 (“Purchase Period”).
  • The Promoter is Hager Electro Pty. Ltd. of Unit 17/2-8 South Street, Rydalmere, NSW 2116. ABN 84 061 639 576.
  • Claims are only open to Australian residents who are licensed electrical contractors. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, retailers, wholesalers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim.
  • To be eligible to claim, eligible claimants must, during the Purchase Period, purchase a specially marked WHPH pack (“Participating Product”). Participating Products are strictly limited and only available while stocks last. Inside each specially marked pack there will be a promotional voucher.
  • Claimants must claim before 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 28th May 2021, submit their claim online by visiting www.whph.com.au (“Website”), complete the online claim form, inputting the requested details, including voucher code(s) from the promotional voucher(s). Once the claimant provides their requested details, they will be provided with a user name and password for their account. Claimants can then revisit the Website, before 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 28th May 2021, and enter additional voucher code(s) in to their account using their user name and password.
  • To obtain a gift, the claimant must visit the Website before 11.59pm (AEST) on Friday 28th May 2021, and in accordance with the instructions claim the relevant gift. Claimants can only obtain a specific gift claim if they have the relevant number of voucher code(s) in their account. Once a claimant submits a gift claim, they cannot change their mind, and the relevant voucher code(s) will be debited from their account.
  • Claimants must retain all of their promotional voucher(s) as proof of purchase. Failure to produce proof of purchase when requested by the Promoter, may result in the invalidation of all of their claims, and any right to any gift.
  • The Promoter shall use all reasonable efforts to ensure that all approved claims will be fulfilled within eight (8) weeks from the time the claim is submitted. The Promoter accepts no responsibility should the delivery take longer than eight (8) weeks for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  • If the gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.
  • Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
